Where I've Been, What I'm Doing Now
After working in the color and imaging science arena for 40 years, I retired in 2011.
I spent almost 20 years living in Rochester, New York where I worked for the Eastman Kodak Company. Because I could get free film, free processing, and free printing, I became an avid nature photogrpher.
After my Kodak years, I remained in the color and imaging field and worked for several companies - Agfa, Hewlett Packard, Xerox, Sharp Laboratories, and Toshiba America.
My specialty during more recent years was R&D for high-end color MFPs (copier-printer combinations) and their associated software - always focusing on the optimization of color images and understanding customer color preference.
